9. Please document your observations for the first two hours:
Day One of our three day site visit to Tiki Lagun. Arrived at 10:15.
BoatSmarter van and boat were on site, next to the office, giving away lifejackets (conventional) from their booth. It was interesting to see their style of education with laptops, taking a “test” to register for drawings. We kept a lower profile than usual not wishing to infringe on a common mission - remaining on the boat and handing out limited jackets - 13. We made up several dozen gift bags with coozies, t shirts, info packs and what ever else we had available. Handing out a number to people traveling the fuel dock to office route. The resort was packed with campers – seemingly a church group. They devoured lifejackets by the hundreds.

10. Please document your observations for the balance of the day's operations:
We had limited jackets aboard and were a bit cautious about handing out too many until we found out in the afternoon that more stock was at CB&W office. We had the word getting out we were there with the “good jackets” and by the end of the weekend we were “discovered”. Broke site at about 3. 20 minutes to the marina, cleaned up, ordered the boat and left the boat in the water for the weekend.

11. Time of arrival at boat slip: 3:20 p.m.
