There were not very many boaters on the water. We waved at boaters driving by and offerd free items such as T-shirts and koozies. Not many were interested, but then again, not many boaters were on the water.

10. Please document your observations for the balance of the day's operations:
There were a few more boaters out later in the day. They seemed more interested in getting to there destination than pulling up to our boat to find out what Wear It California is all about. We all still waved and said hello. Most waved back and gave a thumbs up, but did not stop.
