It was definitely a slow start. I think everyone was still sleeping. The day was a little less breezy and the sun was bright. Didn't really talk to boaters because they weren't out yet.

10. Please document your observations for the balance of the day's operations:
There was much more interaction today. Everyone seemed to be in a pleasant mood and decided to stop by and find out what Wear It California was. It was fun being able to talk to boaters. We gave out some t-shirts, koozies, eye glass clips, and some pamphlets about the campaign. The day turned out much better.
