9. Please document your observations for the first two hours:
We reached Mandeville Island close to noon. There were rows of yachts anchored along the banks. Jet skis and zodiacs were coming and going. We decided to take a tour around Mandeville Island and ended up around the corner. We called one boater over filled with two other passengers. They signed a pledge card and said they would tell others.

From that point on it was non stop interaction. Fifty-four pledge cards were signed (we even ran out of life jackets). And we talked to many fabulous people. Everyone was happy to see us and thanked us for being out there. It turned out to be a great day. It truly felt like we were serving a purpose. I can't wait til the next event.
