9. Please document your observations for the first two hours:
As soon as we boated up to Pirate's Lair, I was amazed. It is a beautiful place. And the people are even better. I had the greatest time. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed in. We set up a table and within 45 minutes we were out of life jackets. There were so many lovely people interested in our campaign and it was a pleasure talking to them all. Twenty-five plus pledge cards were signed even though we ran out of life jackets. Boaters still wanted to sign pledges because they always wear a life jacket when they are out on the water.
10. Please document your observations for the balance of the day's operations:
The second half of the day was spent talking about the campaign, what it is for, and who funds it. Everyone was quite pleased how money was being spent and thanked us all for being out their for a great service.
11. Time of arrival at boat slip: 2:30 p.m.
