7. During the day's operation, approximately how many jetskis (personal watercraft) did you interact with? 4 jetskis
8. During the day's operation, approximately how many non-powered boats (canoes, kayaks, and rafts) did you interact with? None
9. Please document your observations for the first two hours:
It was an unusually busy day at Paradise Point. That is what we were told by other boaters. It was a slow but consistent day talking with boaters. There was a slight breeze, but it started to get hot right away. There were a couple boaters not interested in life jackets. At least not interested in wearing them. There is only so much you can say to convince someone of the importance of wearing a life jacket.
10. Please document your observations for the balance of the day's operations:
The rest of the day continued on the same. We pledged away 14 life jackets. We met some really nice boaters and we also interacted with a couple boaters that were having a "typical" day out on the Delta. All in all, in was a nice day.
11. Time of arrival at boat slip: 2:30 p.m.
